Project Overview
Triarcus Systems is a computer science research organization developing constitutional governance frameworks for advanced computational systems. The goal of this project was to modernize the website while preserving the client's existing content, messaging, and page structure.
Rather than starting from scratch, the redesign focused on improving how the information was presented, creating a more engaging experience that better reflected the depth and credibility of the organization's work.
The Challenge
The original website contained strong technical content but relied heavily on long-form text with limited visual hierarchy. Complex concepts were difficult to scan, and the design didn't fully communicate the sophistication of the research.
The challenge was to create a polished, modern experience while maintaining the integrity of the existing information architecture.
The Solution
The redesign focused on enhancing the user experience through thoughtful visual design and custom interactions, including:
Refined typography and spacing for improved readability
Modern layouts with stronger visual hierarchy
Curated imagery aligned with the organization's mission
Custom interactive elements, including a layered Architecture page that transforms complex technical content into an intuitive browsing experience
Responsive refinements for a seamless experience across desktop and mobile devices
The Result
The finished website presents Triarcus Systems as a modern, credible research organization while making highly technical information easier to navigate and understand. The redesign demonstrates how strategic design improvements can dramatically elevate an existing website without requiring a complete rebuild.
